I decided to try, Frustrated that night for being electrocuted I decided to return it but changed mine mind trying it with blankets on top of the plug the next time for several nights it did not work at all electrocuting me each time for the second time I marked it as a return. As nutty as it sounds I decide to give it one more try by washing it. It seem to kick the electricity from electrocuting me It’s three nights after it did not occur not even one time so washing seems to have done the job I needed the warmth for the back that’s why I tried so many times I know it works I just can’t stand being electrocuted. The other mattress cover was a different brand this one I kept for going on a month now since I washed it I would recommend it because it does work with not harming anyone you could give it as a gift the value for what you pay I would give five star instead of four it’s the most reasonable cost out there other than Sears for a smaller heated pad one comfort I don’t like the feeling of wires even though it may not be a wire it’s softer When you sleep flat you don’t feel it but when you put your elbows on it to move around you will that’s why I put three star maybe a bit harsh. It would be a five star if it doesn’t electrocute you & if you don’t mind when your elbows hit the Soft wire. It’s elegant looking the controls are simple it’s nice looking it’s more of a quality look good in anything cheap ### ⭐ 1 Season Mattress Pad *by B***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 6, 2022* Worked 1 season only. Amazon will not honor manufacturer warranty....Deal Yard will not honor 5 year warranty...Biddeford will not honor 5 year warranty. I enjoyed this mattress pad...quilted cotton is difficult to find in a Twin size. This one worked great for about 3 months, then started to shutting off after being on a few minutes. The indicator had an E on it, instead of a number. Finally it quit altogether. Also hated the plug at the foot of the bed...it's big and was right where my feet were and I finally pulled it off the edge of the bed.
