**Q: How many "days" worth of the Mineral Whey are in this 300 count capsules?  Same stuff as the Mineral Whey powder? Thanks! :-)**
A: The late Dr. Bernard Jensen said take 1 tablespoon per day. 3 capsules are the equivalent -- so that will make for 100 days. I hope this helps you!

A: Serving size: 2 level tbsp, Servings per container approx 28

**Q: Is the mineral a protein powder like the double bonded goat protein**
A: I believe it is simply regular goat whey in a powdered form.  It is one of the highest sources of K (potassium) that can be found in a food source.  Whey is a by-product of goat milk.  The research I did showed that this form of K is the best source.  Much better than commercial tablets.  On the matter of 'double bonded', the formula for goat whey is of course an organic formula - as in organic vs non-organic chemistry.  All of the various elements making up goat whey are bonded together much as non-organic elements are.  HCl - hydrochloric acid.  NaCl.  Salt.  I've tried to insert the organic molecule for goat whey but the system won't let me. A: I know the product itself is gluten free ... however it totally depends on how far you take your nutrition.  Did the goats eat their natural diet or were they fed grains like corn, soy and wheat to make them produce more?

This is one of those products that I intend to use for long-term, as long as I can afford it. It's made from goat milk, grass-fed I believe, which means it should be easier to tolerate than cow milk for those who have issues with dairy. It contains a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to the electrolyte content. You'd need to eat an avocado or a sweet potato to get near the amount of potassium that this stuff has, and it also has the same amount of calcium as a serving of dairy products, plus it has magnesium and naturally occurring sodium. These four minerals (and others), called electrolytes, are important to maintaining various processes in your body based on electrical reactions and energy needs. They are probably the next-most important thing to consider in your diet after you take care of your macronutrient needs. The thing that really sells this stuff for me is that it is an animal product and is alkalizing like vegetables are. But while you might get beneficial compounds from consuming plants, your ability to absorb the mineral content isn't going to be as good as an animal-sourced food. That means you are consuming the equivalent of a serving or more of vegetables in terms of mineral content and your body can utilize that mineral content better than if you got it from vegetables! If you are concerned about your health and don't like to eat too many vegetables, this may be one part of a strategy to counteract deficiencies that would otherwise result from that dietary choice.
