My CEL is off and my gas tank is no longer over pressuring and spitting gas back at me while fueling, plus my mpg got a lil better. Have been laying on frozen ground looking.** A: On my 2000 Silverado it is attached to a bracket and above the tank between the cab and the bed. Not easy to get to. If you look down towards the tank in this gap you may be able to see it. **Q: where on vehicle is it physically located? need to see before ordering. With some cursing, you can remove it without having to drop the gas tank. **Q: What evap canister do i need for my 2003 silverado?** A: Mine was a 2003 and this one was it. It was located between the bed and the cab on driver side. Sometimes it's slightly under the bed.
