But, they come in short on execution... Or, in this case, long. When standard 9" pans are actually 9" OD, the ID is less – coming in 3/16ths under 9". Compound that with parchment that's cut 1/16th OVER, aaaaand you got a frustrating conundrum. Fortunately for me, I have a commercial cake pan that is actually a true 9" ID, so the 1/16th difference equates to a virtually inconsequential 1/32nd difference.... yeah, in other words, they're fine for me.Unfortunately, my case is the rare exception, and I understand the more popular complaint.Bottom line – These 9" papers are a bit too large for the majority of US 9" pans.
