I watched the YouTube video and was sold! It was a gift to my 9 year-old and he, along with the rest of our large family, were impressed! With that said, we haven’t had any snow yet! So, the review right now is based on the shipping (excellent) and condition of the sled (superb). We are skiers, so we realize this will work best on groomed, packed trails.
