This “black head remover” is powerful and does the job wonderfully. With any of the smooth round heads I am able to literally suck the sebum (oil) out of my skin. I am very oily and after using this tool regularly I’ve noticed my oil production has slowed quite a bit. My favorite attachment piece of all of them is the crystal/microdermabrasion piece.
