They’re light and have plenty of space in the pockets for energy gels. I put the energy gels in while I was in the bike, and during the swim noticed that the pockets have ventilation in them to allow for water to get out and not pool. Very well designed and work great ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s “ok” - just getting what you pay for I guess *by 4***H on March 18, 2025* The small was just right in the waist (30”) and it started out decently snug through hip and thigh. But after a 1/2 mile swim and 20 mile bike the suit was loose throughout the thighs and even a little bit in the hips. The padding is on the thicker/stiffer side which felt funny during swim but was decent for the one hour bicycle race and it dried reasonably fast too.
