Fan flew off and the motor failed. I replaced it with an all metal unit that has a screw keeping the fan in place. Works much better. **Q: This can be used for heat and air?** A: Made of PVC. I solved this by making a soft 'sleave' out of some bubble-wrap packing material to isolate the fan from the metal ductwork.
