The inner circle broke, and the only way to keep it from slipping off was to put a rubber band to stop the hanging bar from falling off. Eliminates the elegant quality. Rubber band solution looks cheap. The reason I bought a no drill was not actually necessary since I will not be relocating the vanity it is attached to.
