I love my chair that I have been using for the last 6 years, Its leather is still in good shape but recently the cylinder and the tilting control broke. I considered buying a new chair as I never thought I can buy these parts, I tried many chairs at the local stores and none of them was as comfortable as my 6 years old chair, it wasn't easy for me to find a chair that can hold a big guy like me 6.2/245 for this much hours every day. Fortunately, I came across this product and the cylinder on Amazon so I decided to give it a try by replacing the broken ones in my chair. I'm so happy that I did and I'm still enjoying sitting on my comfy chair.
