So I needed cross rails for my car, as I had already purchased, and received my cargo box (NOT from LT Sport)I ordered cross rails from LT Sport that would fit my car. LT Sport sent rails with one side broken, the tightening screw was detached and sliding around inside of the rail, and unable to tighten, or install. Though I couldn't install the rails, the quality didn't seem great, in my opinion. I notified LT Sport that this set was broken and that I wanted to return the set. They expected me to pay for the return. I refused and told them to pay for the return of their defective product. They sent me a FedEx Return Authorization tag, so I packed up the box and took it to FedEX for return.But I still needed roof rails. To give LT Sport the benefit of the doubt, I ordered another, more expensive, set that seemed of better quality. LT Sport took the order, then emailed me, refusing to send the 2nd set, stating that if the 1st set didn't fit, the 2nd set wouldn't either. I wrote back that they clearly had not read my emails. It wasn't that the rails didn't FIT, they were BROKEN. Their response? "Oh. Well we already refunded your money." Thanks. I purchased a set of YITAMOTOR 54" rails that work great! In the future, I won't even look for anything from LT Sport. They are not worth the hassle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by F***G on Reviewed in the United States on September 25, 2019* Took me a little while to figure out how to tighten the clamps but I finally did. This works as intended and didn’t leave any marks on my car’s rails. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product *by B***T on Reviewed in the United States on January 15, 2020* Doesn't have the sturdy feel that previous Bars I've used did, but they did the job and at a very good price.
