Thanks** A: Yes they do but the problem I had was that when I had to order a second pair of inserts for these they were a different shape and size and you cant get them in the UK. **Q: How do you change the lenses please?** A: Place the centre of the lease over the nose and slowly and carefully slightly bend the lense until it pops into the slots at either end of the frame by the arm. Do the same but in reverse to remove **Q: how do you wear the head band?
