It had taken me a few minutes to adjust the end valve as I believe that is the regulator. At first the co2 went in to fast and the 2 way valve closed off the port. I started all over again by shutting everything off and removed and reinstalled the cartridge. With all the valves closed tightly I opened the tank valve about 1/4 of a turn. Then I opened the valve closer to the tank then I gradually opened which I believe is a regulator valve very slowly till I head a hissing noise. It had taken I minute to refill a frozen cartridge with liquid CO2. It was filled when the hissing stopped and pressure was equalized. When I started the frozen cartridge weighed 1 lb 3 oz when it was filled it weighed 2 lbs 4 oz which is the same weight on a full cartridge. This Valve really works just have to get use to adjustments after that it’s a quick easy process. ### ⭐ Defective product. *by C***E on June 20, 2020* Defective. It doesn’t work. See other comments.
