PERFECT FOR MY POWER CHEWER!!! Pricey but worth it, I have a larger size dog (about 85+lbs) who will destroy any bone within minutes but these seem to keep him occupied for a while, when he’s interested. Doesn’t seem to catch his attention the same way a meat bone does but when he does pay attention to the Yak Cheese he is occupied for quite a while, seems to last him over a few days. I do get nervous as sometimes the Yak Cheese does break off into smaller pieces/shards but I just take those pieces away (apparently you can microwave them to make a new treat, but I have not indulged in the experiment). When I went into a pet store today each Yak Cheese stick was listed for $10 so this seems to be a bargain. 1 bag (4 pack) last about little under a month.

These are amazing! I have a pit mix and an Australian shepherd mixed with blue heeler. My pit LOVED this took him probably 6 hours non stop. I’ve never seen a chew last that long he is an agressive chewer. My older blue heeler also loved them but they were a bit hard on his gums and made them bleed a bit. So be careful if you dog has sensitive gums or teeth. But he still loved to chew on it and didn’t damage anything plus it lasted him way long he’s much more gentle. They chewed them off and off for a few days. But definitely give them a try they are worth it! I also got 5 large sticks instead of 4! Great for the price! And basically odorless.

My 3 year old German Shepherd loves these Yak Chews. I have bought the Large size product 4 times over the last few years. It’s a great special treat that keeps him occupied for exactly 60 minutes before he has completely devoured it. He loves them and providing even one hour of extra stimulation during my remote workday can be a game changer for us both. All dogs are built different and it may provide other dogs multiple hours of chew time, but not my GSD. Only knocking one star for price.

I have bought these for my little dog time and time again. They are a healthy chew that's is good for her teeth. she really likes them and they last a long time cause it takes her days sometimes to get thru one. she chew it on and off, not till it's gone. I got some for my son's big dog (the large size) and he chewed it till it was gone in 15 minutes...lol I always have these in the house and she always has one in her favorite spot on the couch. I highly recommend these chews.

My dog is a big chewer and usually gets through bones super fast these ones last forever and she loves them. Only thing worth noting is the crumbs it leaves behind if your dog isn’t an amazing clean up crew lol

The dogs love ‘em. I have two golden retrievers abt 80lbs girls. They can devour 1ea. Of these chews in a few hrs. Just keep an eye on them in case the chews get too small. Then take them and soak them in water overnight and microwave them for a few minutes for a cheesy poof! These are the most in expensive I’ve found.

I have been buying these for a few years now, and, unfortunately, I think it's time to switch to a different brand. The quality has gone way down on my last few bags. One bag arrived with mostly broken sticks, and the last bag seems even worse. The sticks arrived in one piece this time, but my dogs chew them up like they are nothing. All you can hear is snapping and popping as they break the sticks into pieces and chew them up. They can eat these almost as fast as a busy bone. One of the dogs is almost seven years old, and has been getting these sticks most of her life. She didn't suddenly hulk out and gain the ability snap steel with her jaws, the sticks are just very brittle and easy to break. Sorry to go on and on, but I have one last point. I tried to cut a stick in half the first time I bought them and couldn't even make much of a dent. Now, if the stick is long enough, I can snap it in my hands. I definitely didn't hulk out over the last few years. Update 4/20/25 - The company reached out to me and sent a replacement bag. The new sticks were much better and i haven't noticed any quality issues. My dogs are gradually wearing down these treats instead of snapping pieces off and chewing them up. No more crunching. I updated my review to 4 stars for their customer service (something most companies gave up on) and will try the product again in the future.

I have bought several packets of this brand over the last several months and have noticed that some packets have a distinctive unpleasant odor of MOLD embedded into the cheese stick itself - while other packets are free of odor. But what keeps me buying this brand is the value of the product for quantity. overall it is a decent buy and the overall quality of the product is very decent.

It's good time pass for my pup but only 1 piece was really thick and rest are small.

The shipping was a bit slow as they came from the US, but my dog liked the chews. I ordered a 3 lb bag and received 8 large chews and 2 x-large (extra wide) chews. I also noticed that the chews are not as brittle as the ones I got from PetSmart which reduces the chances of chew stick breaking into half and then becoming useless. But having said that, some of the sticks did break down into half. I am reasonably happy with my purchase; however, I will not order them again because they seem to keep raising the price.
