It wasn't a rough collar but she didn't like it so we bought a "house collar" for her.However like most dogs she is clever and she knew when house collar came off she was off for a walk, so she'd run to the window look outside and if it was raining it would start a game of "i'm not going out there catch me if you can".So we got this collar as a "wear all the time" option - We've had it for abut 9 months and I've had to put another hole in it as it has stretched but if we get another 9 months out of it I'll be happy.Before pole think "Jeez 9 months or 18 months for a collar isn't much cop" remember this folks - imagine you wore the same shirt, nearly 24 hours a day EVERY day. How long do you think it would last? - 6 months, 1 year?.This is a great collar and she likes it as she hardly knows she's wearing it. ### ⭐⭐ Lovely soft collar but unfortunately it stretches *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 September 2016* Really like this collar. Nice soft leather. Unfortunately it has stretched over the last couple of months. We started on the 2nd to last hole. Progressed to the last hole. We're now on a hole we've had to make ourselves and if it stretches anymore we are going to have to buy a new collar as the fishtail design means any further holes will not be possible.
