- 7 COLORS FOR 3 OPTIONS OF ANGULAR FREEDOM: Each color corresponds to a different degree of angular freedom, which corresponds to the degree of rotation that the foot has to pivot from left to right when the shoe is engaged with the pedal. With a high degree of angular freedom, your foot is less constrained in a fixed position when pedaling. KEO Cleat cleats are available in black: 0° angular freedom; grey: 4.5° of angular freedom; red: 9° of angular freedom.
