Snap on fit, fairly easy installation. Maybe a bit smaller fit over the ear than the OEM pads but at $14 it is better than buying another 150 - 200 dollar set of headphones. Actually, I am a bit disappointed by how the OEM part failed as it did, the padding inside just crumbled into powder leaving faux leather exterior so loose it then fell off.
