EnChroma Color Blind Glasses - Canyon Gunmetal - Outdoor Cx3 Sun - For Red-Green Color Blindness

I am a skeptic (a color-blind skeptic) by nature. The 30-day return guarantee on these hooked me. The few moments of rose-colored awesomeness when I first put these on did NOT make me a believer. There's an obvious saturation element (heavy on the red side) at play here, kind of like a pair of Ray Bans and a Samsung Galaxy phone had a baby. But after a few days of wearing them, I have come around. Once your brain adjusts to the saturation, I would call the result glorious. Greens (like green lights) are super green and distinct from red. Pinks and purples are also very distinct. Awesome glasses. I wear them whenever I can, although I live in constant fear I will break or lose my $400 investment.

I ordered two, one for each of my color blind sons. One was amazing, getting better all the time. Jury still out on the other, we understand everyone is different. What fun to provide color!

Works nicely for our 22 year old son who saw green for the first time and noticed how much prettier the flowers are. He is a shy man but he said "WOW" it was a cloudy day when he got them for his birthday. Works best in full sun. Wish they came in a clear so he could wear them all the time. Should make driving a bit safer :)

Husband is 43. Has never seen colors. He had been harping on about these for s long time. Loves them. The only thing I'd like is a transition lens. These work great outside but obviously, as they are sunglasses they are not Great indoors.

Nice quality glasses, fit comfortably on my face and did increase color perception without greatly diminishing any other colors. The price is a bit high, the lenses are not polarized. My normal color vision friends seemed to notice a much bigger difference. I'm returning them because they were a bit small for me but I liked them enough to get a replacement pair in the aviator style.

Ordered these for my brother who is mostly the red scale of color blindness. Took him a few months to wear them regularly. I think he was afraid to damage them. He took them with him on a out of town job ( he works outside) and now he wears them everywhere. Also I ordered those tie things that go on the ends and wraps around your head so they stay on while hes out and about.

after wearing the glasses for a cumulative 10 hrs over a 2 week period I took a Ishihara test without wearing the glasses then again while wearing the glasses. I couldn’t see any additional numbers in the circle when taking the test wearing the glasses. The glasses will not help you pass a Ishihara test. They do seem to make colors that I can already see a little brighter.

The person I bought the glasses for is completely color blind and has no cones in his eyes. The glasses unfortunately didn't work for him. I was warned that 1 out of 5 they might not work for so I can say that they were sold to me with a caveat. We have returned the glasses and are awaiting a refund.
