Neither the marketplace seller (Impressionz) nor desertcart done anything to help - Purchased this in lockdown, the end of May & thought it would be fun for when restrictions lifted and we could spend some quality time with our family & grandchildren. The special day came, so on the 31st June we used the Raclette Grill. Sadly it never worked properly, heated up super fast but then went off for about 6 minutes then reheated up only to cool down again & so on. The chicken and other food had to be thrown away and this ruined what was meant to be a special day for us all. Despite 17 emails from desertcart customer service (A to Z guarantee) and God knows how many chats and phone calls with them nothing was done. So, it seems that I because I never used the product within 30 days of receiving it, the company "IMPRESSIONZ" can refuse to exchange faulty products when purchased from desertcart. desertcart was no help what so ever in fact they added to the worry despite the fact the Raclette was used only 6 Days out of the Sellers 1 month return period! So, be warned if you buy from a marketplace seller make sure the product is used within 4 weeks. I lost £59.95 on an unsafe electrical item that can't be used and spent 3 long weeks of worry trying to sort this out with desertcart but to no avail!
