I typically wear socks but when I need to take our dogs out, I prefer to have a quick pair of slip ons I don't mind getting a little dirty. These are adjustable but for some reason the area around my toes the strap is too tight or too lose between holes (no socks & with socks), I don't wear wide shoes so very surprised the fit was in between.
