This is my second order. I ordered last week for my older daughter and package was perfect. Today’s order for my youngest daughter arrived damaged. We would like a replacement. Otherwise they are nice pens.

My daughter loved them but they were very poorly constructed.  The pens were very cheap and just slid out and are not the best writing pens.
