Neither was an issue...1) not a seckI had two concerns - would glitter fall off & make a big mess & would it be hard to get the ribbon through the letters.Not a speck of glitter fell off. The kit comes with a big plastic needle which made it very easy to attach the letters.Also, delivery was in the afternoon which have me plenty of time to put it up in preparation for an event tomorrow evening for neighbor's who are moving away. (For some reason my deliveries usually come late at night.)I highly recommend this item!
