The biscuits inside the gift box were shifted to one side and some of the biscuits were also broken. I give this item 3 because the biscuits themselves are AMAZING! That's why I had to buy them a 2nd time. We love all the dark chocolate-covered ones, the simple cinnamon crunchy Speculoos, but all of them are good. I just wish there were a way to buy our favorites separately, on their own -- although I just discovered that Trader Joe's carries the Speculoos, so we can get more of at least one of them.
