I am sorely disappointed and have now bought a cast iron pan instead, which I can do anything I like to, and which will still work like a dream, come what may. I know this because I've had another for over 30 years and it is still fabulous to use.I should NEVER have trusted the blurb that recommended this pathetic so - called "professional standard" skillet.Total rubbish.
