Honestly, I wanted a big beautiful calendar from somewhere like PB with nice deep pockets that I could use over and over each year. I didn’t realize that this would cost me around $100 which was much more than my family planned to spend. I went looking for another option and it quickly became clear my choices were limited. For the price, I decided to give this one a try.I thought I would hate that the colors weren’t festive but now that it’s here I actually don’t. I added some drawstring bags and that was all I really needed for it to feel more Christmasy. I will probably still add some candy canes and sprigs of green when the holidays arrive. The pockets are huge and sturdy and the calendar itself is as tall as my almost-5-year-old which makes it feel extra special.As another reviewer mentioned there are some stray strings. They really don’t bother me at all. Also the black is a bit faded at the top. Again, that’s not really an issue for me. Its like the color got wet or hot and changed. I don't know. But its definitely dissapointing.
