Recommend remote thermostat ### ⭐ Horrible shipping *by K***M on Reviewed in the United States on November 14, 2019* I can’t comment on how the product runs because I haven’t had a chance to run it. The first time I ordered this heater, when it was delivered the box was destroyed and when we remover the heater it was missing parts and the bottom where the electronics are, was caved in. We chose to have it replaced and the second one instead of 2 day shipping was 2 weeks... right into the cold snap we were trying to avoid. Now finally the second heater was delivered today and again the box was damaged. The top was opened, tears in the box, the whole nine yards. When we took the heater out, it was dented too. Not as badly as the first one, but bad enough I’m not sure it will work.
