Three large wooden back chairs and 5 parsons chairs. Over the years we broke a few, so that's why the odd number. They never looked cohesive because of the vastly different styles, so I ordered these slipcovers in light grey to see if I'd be satisfied with the look or else I would have to buy new chairs that matched. I ordered the medium for my white parson chairs and the large for the wooden back chairs and they fit perfectly. I tried a medium on the wooden chairs and I'm glad I ordered the large, there's no way a medium would fit a chair that big.They stretch to form perfectly around the seats and they are a nice, soft velvety fabric. It totally updated the look of my dining room, but for me more importantly, it makes it look like a "set" instead of a bunch of mismatched chairs.
