A quick look inside confirmed the actual hmdi port had come away from the motherboard, and some pins bent in the process.I have contact their support email, but looking at their website, and the fact their forums have been dead for over a year, I dont hold out much hope for any answer so will probably have to buy a new one from another brand.In addition to the hdmi problem I also noticed the monitor would hiss after a while when powered through USB (the only way to power this model), this is something I lived with but it can easily be a deal breaker for anyone else.Overall a good little screen, but let down by surrounding factors. I would advise going with a different, if slight more expensive brand. ### ⭐ Great... It lasted me less than a month before i noticed 1 the panel was not attached to the bezel and 2 a week later the screen cracked... My conclusion unless you treat your screen like a baby do not buy this as the screen is as durable as an iphone.Other than that you'll be happy with the display and sound but by far im most disappointed that my screen's durability wasnt designed for its main purpose: portabilitysadly ill be forced to buy a new portable monitor under a different brand probably with its own kickstand because i decided having to set one up is a pain when taking it out and putting it away.It was nice for Christmas but alas not designed for its purpose kind of disappointing really.I only recommend this if you dont have a portable lightweight tv screen in your house and you cradle this thing like an infant child since its not fit for purpose. A shame really.
