Only downside is the lack of a kick stand which we will need once the training wheels come off. The basket is also a bit flimsy and could break after several falls once the training wheels come off and the bike hits the ground. These are all minor inconveniences as the overall quality of the bike seems really good. It's only our first month so we'll have to see how the two bikes hold up after this summer. The assembly was very minimal and it took 25 - 30 mins to assemble the entire bike with minimal tools. The IKEA toolbox is sufficient to assemble the entire thing. Compared to other bikes it's very comfortable for her to ride. The teal color looks absolutely beautiful. Now about the customer service, while assembling I noticed the back reflector was broken, never bothered to return just for a reflector bought couple of them from desertcart which doesn't fit (the diameter size was matching), the diameter was either too small or little big and not fitting. After returning both finally called Schwinn support mentioned in product support from desertcart order details. The call took a while to connect but once I was able to talk to then and mentioned the model number they sent the reflectors within next 3 days. So I believe they'll support and stand behind their product. Like the fact that it comes with a side stand and both the hand brakes. It is priced on little higher side but it is sturdily built, stable, assembly is very easy, very comfortable to ride and looks absolutely amazing.
