Amazing at regulating sleep and more...
Due to Zinc being key for the health of cells, which in turn makes your body better able to fight infections and diseases we have incorporated this product into our regime in the current climate however due to the additional qualities we have gained with regulating our sleep cycles this will be something we will continue to include going forward.

Husband loves them.
I bought these for my husband as he has had trouble relaxing at night for a very long time. He’s used similar supplements in the past but he’s really loving these compared to the others he’s used. Will definitely be buying more.

Good magnesium count
Ideal for people like me that may loose magnesium through sweat running this is ideal. Take before bed and and magnesium content is very high compared to similar products which is great for me
