The packaging was done well and no problem with figuring out how to use and adjust it. But installing it on my desk was a bit of an issue. Had to call a carpenter from Urbanclap for it but it took him just 5-10 minutes to install the mount and attach the monitors. I'm sure I could have done the clamp config on my own but I didn't want to rely on the clamp and went with drilling a hole in my desk to secure the mount.
