The plant I received is exactly like the picture. Yes there are a number of leaves with a major part of the leaf being white, but how much light you give the plant will be a deciding factor in how much white you get in the plant. I am very pleased. **Q: Approximately how tall is the plant when delivered?** A: Mine were aprx. 18" as I recall. Nicely tilled out with excellent variegation. I was quite pleased. Though the tree was smaller than I thought it would be on arrival, it is very healthy and is putting on lots of new foliage. The tree wasn't damaged in shipping but due to the way it was placed in the box (some vertical branches gently folded over), it seemed shorter than it would have been had a longer box been used to ship it. Those branches did not straighten out, but, again, the tree is growing well and I am sure will regain any loss in height that was incurred in shipping.
