Great product
Ashwagandha has been used in India for more than 5000 years by ancient sages, kings and warriors. It gives you the power of the horse. Ashwa in Sanskrit is Horse. The strength is 250 mg per capsule, and I buy it from my local Indian grocery store. I have been taking this on and off for many years, and I do notice a positive change.
