I love this book so much, I have placed an order for more of her books! I put 2 and 2 together and realized that I had read her raw book about 5 years ago, and I loved it! It was from the library, but now I’ll be ordering it. I trust this lady, she seems to know what she’s talking about (coming from a RN and Massage Therapist). I saw another review where the reviewer stated that you can find all of this information online and that this book is a rip off. I highly disagree. Stephanie explains the science behind her recipes, there’s tons of solid and thorough information, and the recipes themselves are quite original!
