ChicPet UK Dog Car Seat Cover, Boot Liner, Dog Hammock includes Seat Belt Lead and Storage Bag

I bought this for our patterdale terrier. I put it in my car and it was easy to use, install and uninstall. When I have people in the back of my car I just hang it in the back of the front seats and it doesn't bother people sitting in the back (and they sit on clean seats!) No mud, no dog hair on my car seats. It was great! However, one of the clips was broken when I received it. I contacted the company back and they were very helpful and communicative. I never managed to send it back for a swap but I still use it. I just tie it on that side. It is a very nice piece of kit to have if, like me, you have crazy dogs!! It is also very easy to clean!

Arrived quickly. Good quality. Easy to install. Fits well on the seat of my subaru xv. Been in use now for 3 weeks. Can't comment on function as a cradle as use it only as a cover for the seat and its back, for which it is perfect. Dog gets taken to beach on most days. Fetches ball from sea for half an hour, runs loops on sandy beach and then jumps straight into the car. Car floor is a total mess of seawater and sand but back seat under the cover is clean and dry! Brilliant! The strap which clips onto car seatbelt buckle and to the dog harness is convenient . The clip connecting to the harness is most likely ok but I personally would perhaps like it to be slightly sturdier. In an case of possible emergency stop 30+ kilos of Labrador been thrown suddenly forwards can exert a lot of strain. This minor detail aside totally delighted with the purchase. Thank you.

After adopting a British Bulldog, and discovering how much she shed, I thought I should protect the rear car seat from a deluge! Once I had opened the package, it went into the car easily enough, with clips for the headrests, Velcro holes for the seatbelt clips and a removable middle section if you have an armrest in the rear of your car. The surface seems to be durable once your dog has found their ‘car legs’, Belle took a while sliding around the rear before she found hers!, the cover is no worse for wear because of it. My only problem is I had thought the padding might be thicker, but that is only a minor issue.

This arrived quickly, fitted into the car easily and looks relatively good quality. I've marked the durability as a 3 * only because it's too early to say if it's built to last, but for 15 quid, if it lasts 6 months it's saving money on car cleaning bills.I used it to collect my rescue dog, and she seemed to adapt to the hammock very quickly. The added bonus of a dog seat belt adapter was a welcome addition. She just sprawled out on the rear seats and slept! 😉

Update: whilst the fit is good, a year later the waterproof lining has flaked away. A few washes - no more than 4 - and this is happening. Terribly impractical after muddy walks or sick dogs. Wouldn’t recommend this one.Great thing for the car. We have a VW golf and it fits perfectly. I like that you have Velcro openings to slide the harness lead bit through to attach the dog to the seat securely.Only comments would be that I would like the lead bit to be longer. It does extend but out dog is only small, a whippet, and she can’t move around as freely as we would like. Other comment would be getting it back in the bag can be fiddly.All things considered, really doesn’t take away from the value and greatness of the product overall.

Bought this dog seat cover for my fairly new car, Kia picanto, and my always wet and muddy labradoodle. What a fabulous buy. I didn't think it would fit properly being a small car, but it fits a treat. I use it as a dog hammock too, so when my four year old grandson is in the back of the car, then his mucky shoes are inside the hammock too, and not up the back of my seat I am really pleased with this purchase. It can be wiped clean , and can be folded away into the bag that comes with it. Also included is a seatbelt lead to attach to my dogs collar .

One of those products that does what it says on the tin. Easy to fit, easy to take back out. Good value for money and fits in my Renault Clio nicely. If you’re looking for an affordable seat cover for the dog(s) then you can’t really go wrong with this one. You may be disappointed with the quality when you compare the product that is delivered with the product in the picture, but £18 it’s what I expected.

Received different than one in photos but good all the same keeps my 4 dogs off my leather seats and is easy to remove to shake out, in all I’m pleased with item
