The reason why I put "ice pack" is that it is also a heating pad! I accidentally overstretched my back the other day and looked for hot and cold packs with Prime delivery. This one caught my attention and I decided to purchase it. Came in 2 business days with instructions on the package of how to use it. I decided to pop it in the microwave for a heating pad to apply to my back and neck. It heated up to a comfortable temperature and was able to stay in place when applied due to the velcro straps.I also sit in front of my computer for long periods of time and it's been getting colder. I just pop this product into the microwave and use it as a temporary heater. Hehe The ice pack helped when I came down with the flu and got a fever and needed to cool down.The heating pad also helps with menstrual cramps, not just sore muscles. The ice pack could also be used to keep food cold if needed. Like I said, multiple uses!
