Note: We did not design the door storage to be used with insulation in the door cavity. Thanks to the door storage you can now make use of the hollow spaces in the sliding door. Typically the doors are simply covered with a carpeted board, which is why you can only look at a large flat piece of carpet and all you can think every night is ...β€œI must be able to use this space better somehow” Well, that's true :-) Installing the door storage: 1) Remove everything that is currently in your door panel. 2) Place the board in front of your door and CNC machine the Align holes with the original holes in your door. 3) Push the snaps in very firmly. 4) The door buffer can be lined with carpet using Easyliner Carpet and HT120 adhesive from Kiravans. Note: Long panel clamps (20 pcs) in light grey included. The picture shows one possible use of the liner - we drilled a few extra holes to allow the burner holder to fit. Works with automatic doors, however a small relay needs to be drilled out and repositioned. Once installed, it is important to check carefully that there is no contact between the door storage and the rear wall of your van when the door is opened.
