Don't recommend it
The cushion wasn't what I expected at all. All the instructions are in French.The box was So hard to open that I ripped it so didn't feel I could return it.It's very noisy when switched on & it doesn't massage very wellI wouldn't call it a massage.The material isn't very cushion like &It doesn't look like the cushion in the picture which is justif one side of it

Uses batteries
Dependant on useage, needs lots of batteries, but well worth the outlay

Only last a couple of battery changes before breaking
I've brought around 10 of these now. They are great when they are working but the wires become disconected from the batteries really easily, and after a few battery changes they stop working.The last one I purchased lasted two days.Not great value for money.

Copy of Original and very poorly done
The cushion wasn't what I expected. Bought one in Australia and quality is far better. This one isn't really a massage pillow, it lightly vibrates and outer material is very poor.

The stitching was over the zip so making it impossible to open, and was discoloured inside. Then just did not work. Very disappointing

J ai commander ce produit pour soulager mes douleurs aux niveaux de mes jambes. J en ai pris 2 pensant qu ils étaient relativement petits. Mais en fait ils sont de bonne taille et d excellente qualité. Pour les massage du bas du dos prévu en utilisation de base ils sont super. Ils épousent parfaitement la forme du dos, offrent un bon soutient ferme, un vibration assez puissante afin de détendre et relaxer les douleurs. Je les recommandent fortement et je conseil aussi de voir tout les autres produits de cette marque italienne qui sont très bien penser et conçu.

Ma soeur a un handicap moteur et ce coussin permet de stimuler son corps inerte. Je ne m'en sert pas que pour la nuque, je l'utilise aussi pour ses mains et ses jambes
