Very flimsy
It's so flimsy. I was looking for something that looked like metal for the front exterior wall of our house and this looks like paper or even a wall decal. I returned it. I was so bummed. $100 for this is a lot. I might recommend just creating a reinforced cardboard stencil and hang that. This is not worth the money.

Not Like the Image Provided by iCandy
I was so excited about my "Welcome" sign order. By what I saw on the website, it appeared to be perfect for what I needed. Then it arrived - It was NOT black, per my order. It was a reddish brown with lines through it. The letters were NOT crisply cut, as shown on the website image if you look closely at the shadow lines. The indentations were significantly rounded out and then white paint was added to make the letters look like they had a deeper cut. And the end of the sign was NOT finished properly, so there were shards of pointed metal sticking out from the last "e". (Thank God, my husband didn't cut himself on those pointed metal shards when he opened the cardboard packaging, because he is on blood thinner medication! We could have been headed to the hospital.) Very irresponsible of iCandy to ship a metal sign with such sharp pointed pieces sticking out from the sign.I called Amazon Customer Service, who sent a notice to iCandy for a resolution. They quickly refunded my money with a note that said, "We don't offer the sign in brown." I knew that! There was NO offer to replace the item for me and NO personal outreach. My take is that my sign was accidentally shipped out before it was completely finished. iCandy does NOT have good customer service. So I'm DONE with iCandy! I hope that your order experience is a better one!
