Good grief, how do you review a tub of salt.I ordered this because I needed salt flakes for a bread recipe and this purports to be flakes. I was surprised, when using it, that it really did taste different to normal salt. Perhaps I'm imagining it but I'm sure there really is a taste of the sea in it. Certainly, when sprinkled on a meal it adds a nice crunchiness. Nice if you like crunching salt.(Hope the salt police don't read this or I'm in real trouble.)If you need salt flakes you can't do any better.
