Mighty Max Battery 12V 22AH Replaces Pride GoGo Elite Traveler Plus MKB ES17 12-2 Pack Brand Product

These replaced my dad’s scooter batteries, we have had good luck with them, almost exact replacement to the original equipment. Battery life is as good as the day we bought the scooter. Super simple save your self the money and replace the batteries yourself, check YouTube it has tons of videos on replacing scooter batteries.

Not sure of battery life i just installed it.working well at this time.

I can no longer recmmend this brand of battery. I have had good luck with this brand of battery in the past. I can not walk and have to use a scotter. I was able to go to my doctors appointments a total of 18 blocks and could do this several times in one day when needed and still have enought battery to use inside house until being charged overnight. Then my usage got cut less than half and a few days lator went 10 blocks and had to push scotter with one leg 8 blocks. Called Mighty Max and lady on phone said to have a Walmart or Auto Parts store test them and have a printed reciept of test or they would email me a return shipping lable to send them back for inspection. I do not ave any other batteries so I purchased new ones from same Mighty Max.. After getting new ones installed I tried to get someone to test test locally (Very hard to get around) and no one said they could test them so I called Mighty May to get return lable and she said she would send it to my email and would get it in 3 to 4 hours. Never recieved it so called next day and this lady was very ruud and where the batteries were just a few month of warranty left they do not pay the return shipping under warranty.THe first lady I talked to said they would send a return shipping label. The new batteries work fine and last for days withouy charging if needed. I found a local battery store that said thet would try to tesr them but has never done tihs type of battery before and wanted me to get testing spefications from Mighty Max they could to properly tested. Called ruud lady and got no help and she stated she would not give any help on how ther batterys are to be tested because the store should know. If I could have got the locally tested then the first lady said to send copies of printed test results to them and if test failed they would replace then because they had a full 1 year warranty. Shipping back these heavy batteries at my cost is very expensive and local independent store did not even know if they would accept that type of items to be shipped unless by supplier.

I bought it July 2022 and went 2 times to an amusement park on full charge…fully charged each day…two trips was all day long 12 hours and another was half a day 8 hours and then it ran out each night out on charge…next trip only lasted 3 hours fully charged…so now it’s still going but for short trips around the neighborhood 2 hours each and now it lasts only 2 hours on full charge.I always leave it plugged in over night and also while I’m out riding on it, I turn it off if I’m just sitting so it’s turned on and off throughout the day. Everyone’s usage is different so it’s hard to tell what each person’s own individual needs are. And you have to take into consideration the weight being put on it…(235 in weight for my family member who uses it…(at the time because of medication they were on but not anymore) and if you’re going up a lot of small hills because to my knowledge those things wear the charge down for that particular single usage for that day and maybe life of battery.I’m thinking it’s good for two full days at an amusement park before I would have to buy another one for another all day adventure.But I’m guessing after researching more expensive ones with a higher AH that for the price and size of this Max battery that it’s probably normal and a good buy.Mine is still ok for a short strolls around the neighborhood now and then but I will have to buy a new one for an all day adventure over 2 hours…Or a lengthy vacation.Overall it’s good for the price.I would buy it again. I think if I was going to go to an amusement park all day or for over two days I’d be better off renting one of there’s or buying a battery with a higher AH but they are expensive… but I’m also not a professional in this field so I don’t really know. At first I was irritated with the usage I got out of it but after researching, I realize what I got was normal for what I bought.I think of how fast things around my household go through batteries and this is no different. They’re just small batteries.So it’s still going almost two years later but just two hours now on a full charge. And that’s just my own opinions and experiences . And I’m happy with this product and will buy it again.

It took a special screwdriver to install: #1 x 9" Phillips. (My normal length Phillips could not reach.)As others reported, you need to reuse the velcro from the bottom of the old batteries. Actually it did not hold when I turned it over to reinstall the screws: in the future, I will just turn it on its side. The batteries seem to have seated ok when I turned the completed unit right side up.Have only taken it on two short runs of a couple hours total and it held the charge. It charged pretty quickly the first time, so it probably had a bit of a charge when shipped.I'm glad I did not spend the money to buy a whole battery pack.

I use my mobility scooter for just about everything I do outside the house. Originally I had 12 volt 12 milliamp hour batteries and replaced them with these mighty Max batteries. On my first trip outside the house with them I went three times as far as usual walking my dog And it stayed at top level all the way through.so far I'm going to say that this was a perfect fit and purchase for me. Package actually came early and was very pleased with the packing. if I have to buy batteries again I will definitely be buying these well worth the money.
