Wonderful Tool for you video needs! Plus Great Customer Service
After recieveing my gimbal I was extremely excited to test out and review this technology. So without taking up too much of your time i'll give you what I believe is a fair and honest assessment. After having the device about a month now I have only noticed 2 things that I brought up to the authorized sellers Customer Service team. The first issue was that the unit less than 30 days ago sold all accessories separately. I had purchased all necessary accessories as well. Moza actually began to provide the Follow Focus unit for free after my purchase. Once I contacted the seller they assured me that they will be now sending me out a follow focus free of charge! How awesome, a $200.00 savings! So secondly, the Moxa air 2 grip on my unit needed a bit more glue for the adhesive portion that sticks to the battery cover plate. This has been fixed by me just adding a bit of glue to the underside of the grip. Which leads me into the third thing. I have purchased the additional dual grip handle bars for this device and it seems to do a horrible job at pinching the very top of the battery compartment. When you are finished using the handle grips, and you remove then, it makes it tough to then remove the battery cover to access the batteries themselves.Overall how would I rate this gimbal? 5 stars well really 4 and a half but because there aren't any half stars they can have the full 5 since they are saving me $200.00 in the long haul.I actually look forward to working with this company further in the future as they have quality product and stellar customer service!

Dope Gimbal with an easily overlooked fix
This gimbal is awesome! I was afraid that I was going to get a dud, I've read many reviews of defective models, but thankfully, I think it may be user error or lack of balancing gimbals or how they work and how to troubleshoot. Just an FYI, the instruction manual that comes with the Moza Air 2 is decent, but the illustrations will throw you off. If you are having issues with your roll axis especially or any drifting, then go a gyro (gyroscope) and acc (accelorometer) check. To do this, lie the Moza Air 2 flat on a level surface WITH THE CAMERA STILL ON IT AND BALANCED, then sit the gimbal's baseplate (where your camera is sitting) lie that flat with the surface so that it's leveled. Then either in the mobile app or on your computer, turn off the motors (long press/hold the menu button) and then start the gyro and acc calibration. Once you do that, stand the Moza Air 2 upright and calibrate the gyro again. After that, you should be good. Now, onto the review. It's dope. Motion tracking, timelapse, motion timelapse, video and still timelapse, inception mode that's the best on the market between the Ronin S and Crane 3. It's the lightest gimbal that accepts a 9+ pound payload. Materials feel sturdy and good in the hand. Battery installation looks trippy and if you go to YouTube, it furthers that notion. But the reality is that it's very easy. Don't pay attention to PAID influencers talking trash about the battery installation because they are not being 100 with you. It's easy. Moza isn't paying me a dime so, take my word. As far as longevity and quality for the money, it's only second to the Ronin S. DJI puts a lot of time into making sure that what you get is going to be an efficient set partner. The Moza only lacks because the QC dept. probably isn't as large and robust as DJI's so some things slip through the cracks. Other than that, the Moza Air 2 is a 9.5/10 gimbal which makes this a 5 star tool. Save yourself the headache and coin and go with this over the others. You won't regret it.

Mozalization
Overall I think this product is a solid piece of equipment. For the price you are getting lots of great features that would cost you additionally. One of the great features that I love to play with is the “Inception” mode. As you walk forward, the Moza spins on one of its axes in full 360 to give you the spinning effect as the camera moves. LOVE THAT FEATURE.Another great feature is the payload. It can handle about 9lbs of weight. It has the angular elbow that allows you to look at your camera screen as you use it (if you don’t have a monitor). The quality feels great, sturdy and a bit heavier than most stabilizers. However, to me, the heaviness is not a deal breaker. The package comes with a foot tripod that doubles as extension or stand it up.There’s an app that also goes hand-to-hand. Operating the Moza with the app with the camera ( IF your camera is supported). The only beef I have with this stabilizer isn’t necessarily their fault but more on BlackMagic. Purchased this for my BMP4KCC and the camera design doesn’t allow for proper room. You have to buy a separate piece of equipment to balance it right.Overall, it is a great piece of gear. If you don’t have a stabilizer, I highly recommend looking at this and compare it DJI. Promise you’ll get more bang for your buck.

Software not PC or Mac compatible
I was really excited about using the Moza Air 2 with my Blackmagic 6K. It fit almost perfectly, and the build quality was great. The software and firmware update utilities were an absolute nightmare however. I spent an entire day trying to update the firmware. The MacOS app set off all sorts of security alerts on my Macbook Pro, and it didn't even work after disabling the security settings to accomodate the software. The Moza app is NOT available in the App Store. When I tried installing it on my PC, I got different problems. It asked me to install a different version of C++ Redistributable on my PC, which would have entailed UNinstalling the current version, and possibly compromising the functionality of other software I was running that depended on a particular version of C++. I tried using the Android app to sync to the gimbal, but that never worked either, and I tried everything. After an entire day wasted, I just gave up and returned it. I literally can't afford to spend this much time on firmware updates and the whole experience didn't instill confidence in short setup times when I'm actually on the job. Big disappointment overall. I had such high hopes for this gimbal...
