Easy to take no side effects
Geat effect on metabolism - feel better already. No noticeable pain relief but I do have an intensely damaged knee. So far so good nothing to complain about

I am confused it says 1000mg daily dosage but then its says take 2 capsules 2 times and each tablet is 500mg that makes 2000mg a day please help asap as ive been taking 2 in morning 2 in evening
