Warning: These are not grounded adapters!
I found this out within seconds of plugging them in. These splitters are not grounded. They do PoE power + network to the devices that they're plugged into, but once you tap any metal, such as attempt to connect an HDMI cable to an SBC powered with these splitters, they power down and short out.I intended to use these to power very low-power SBCs, which I also need a monitor as a console to interact with. I don't even get the chance to connect the HDMI cable to the connector, the moment metal touches metal, poof, no power, splitter goes dark, SBC powers down. Remove the metal to metal contact, splitter powers back up, SBC powers back up.Lovely. Back in the box they go.

Great product if you want to use this for your helium miner and the wall connector won't reach. Paired with a long Ethernet cable this will provide your power to the miner

Good for non POE camera
Had a non POE camera and used this to power it. Had ethernet cable running there already and POE switch so easy to power camera up.

Worked great for powering remote Modbus RS485 gateways
I used these to remotely power RS485 to Ethernet gateways where 120 volt power was unavailable. Output was clean and within spec.

Haven't had them long enough to comment on durability
They work as expected and the price was nice. The description is a bit misleading as these are not injectors thy are splitters. POE switch to and one of these toconnect non-POE netcam.

Easy to use and install. Adds the extra power needed to for PoE devices just out of normal PoE switch range to power a device

Works perfectly
Feed a single network cable carrying Ethernet with 802.3af power (at 48v) and this clever little device gives you 12v power out on a DC barrel connector as well as a network connection via an RJ45. It does it well and at a great price. I shall order a couple more!
