Great set.Pros: 12-16 size was an excellent fit for my 5’7” 115-120 lb. boy/man. Had trouble finding a good fit with other brands (make sure you check actual measurements in inches of EACH piece vs. age or small, medium, large. We would have had to mix and match pieces of other brands to get the right fit. Under Armour 12-16 was the best fit over all for us. This helmet was also much more comfortable for my son compared to Wilson CK1. Removable shoulder protection and crouch was important. At first, chest protector seemed an odd fit and bulky, but after some adjustment and use, it conformed nicely. Shin guards were perfect.Cons: The chin pad Velcro tabs on the helmet are crap. Might have gotten a defective batch, but they barely had any hold at all, and son lost the pad in transit. Replacement was the same thing, so I pulled the Velcro out and replaced with my own. Wanted to give a 4.5 for this reason, but rounded up because the rest of the set is so good. Just beware the chin pad Velcro!!!

Looked high and low for reasonable catchers set that wasn’t cheap/ bad fit. Recommend set for little league and travel ball.

Great product and fit just like measurements said. My daughter catches for softball and she loves this gear.

Good stuff

Bought for my 14 year old and u fortunately it’s way to big. He’s 5’1 at 135. I’m 5’11 185 and this fits me. Almost to big honestly even for myself. It’s a great deal and seems to be good quality. Helmet adjust fine. Also the shoulder was ad doesn’t swap sides like I saw in an answered review. It does come off but there is only velcro on one shoulder for it. Will be returning for the smaller size.

I was worried when I purchased this that it would be too big for my 5'1" daughter. She only weighs about 100 lbs. reviews said helmet was too large and it is large and a bit heavy for a smaller kid but it is adjustable and they will grow into it. Everything is adjustable and the protection it offers for the buck is outstanding. My daughter loves it over the smaller size she had been using. I highly recommend purchasing this and taking measurements so you know it will fit.

My 10yr old is built more like a 13 yr old and this fits pretty good. He hasn't had any issues and very much prefers this gear than borrowing his friends.

Works great, comfortable, well worth the money.
