Under Leases - page 561 of this book (567 of the 2017 version) where talking about Future Developments, they keep referring to "Topic 824" when they mean 842. They even get it right eventually so that we have a sentence telling us about 824 and the following sentence talking about the same thing, only now it is 842. And this is not a footnote, it is about one of the biggest accounting changes of the past 50 years - bringing $3 trillion worth of off balance sheet debt into the liabilities section of US corporations (and god knows how much for the rest of the world)... An error so glaring a 6 year old would spot it. Yet here we are, same error reprinted in the 2018 edition. Doesn't look good when a group of 9 accountants can't get together to proof read their work. Or pay someone to do so. Also I find it staggering that this change (IFRS 16) is brushed away as a "by the way, this is happening soon". IFRS 16 deserves several pages of explanation, not one page. Sheesh...
