Amazing to discover that yes, with a good tool like this, getting flat spine in the groove is actually possible. Without going berserk that is. I think it's the fact that the wheels with bearings (and not just a hole with a screw for an axel) keep a solid straight track. No wobbling and slipping.

Does the job alright, but its not very well made. Its some kind of hard plastic that has a tendency to crack and chip until its unuseable. I dropped it once from the top of a screen pool enclosure and that was it. Just buy the weels and screw em to the bottom side of your razor knife instead of spending so much on such a mediocre tool.

We replaced the screens on our porch. We had another roller. This new one is so much easier!

Over priced
I have about 3 of these . Did not buy them from here I bought them from one of my suppliers for about 15 bucks. They roll great but the knife is a little cheap doesn't work well .

Works fine but no different from most on the market. Not sure it is worth the price tag for an ergonomically tool. Dies the job.

If you are doing several screens you will want this.
This is worth every penny! The cheap wooden handled model, conversely, was killing me while installing heavy-duty 90% Phifer solar screen. This tool from Madden rolls in .210" spline with ease.
