I have been wanting to replace my shower head for years now but because I'm a picky person, it took me forever to finally decide and get this showerhead. truthfully, i like the massage setting on my old showerhead, but i kinda grew tired of it. I wanted to have a tranquil experience while in the shower and man, the first time i used it, it was the most invigorating and relaxing shower i have ever had. My dad is home to visit and he decided to replace all the showerheads in his house to this one, so i bought 3 more. The flow of water is like rain pouring down on you. The pressure and flow is just right. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase. No need for professional installation service, it's very easy to install.

This thing is amazing! It gets your whole body wet in one go. Once you try this, you'll never go back to a normal shower head. Keep in mind, with it being so large it's also pretty dang heavy. We bought a 16" shower arm like the one in the product picture and you can tell that it does make the arm/pipe angle down slightly. We haven't had any issues with this yet.Rotates easily and angles in all directions with a ball joint. We'll be putting these up (although maybe some smaller sizes) in the other showers in our home.

The coverage is amazing, I'm never going back to a traditional shower head. But, it's only been a couple months and the thing is showign signs of rust in a couple spots. I might have to purchase a much higher-quality version elsewhere eventually - this thing appears to be pretty short-lived.

 One word: AMAZING*Edit: did not last 1 year. Water gushes out on one side. It seems like it was not weld well.

Easy install. Great size. It's not a hard flow but rinses hair and body well. The only thing I miss about the head that came with the house is it rinsed the shower well after I cleaned it. With this I have to use a bucket to rinse the walls of the shower. A small thing compared to the great showers!!

Very nice for 3 months then it fell apart. Water pressure caused the cheap seam to come apart and now water just streams out the side.

You'll need a lot of water pressure for all the holes to be in use. I thought I had more than usual and it was enough to spray from about 75% of the holes. Returned and bought the 12". Nothing wrong with the design of the product though, just my pressure availability.
