If you need this for intervention help, you won't get any.
Bought this so I could have a fall-back manual at my first pediatric level 2 clinical; it's a good book, w/ lots of info. That said, when it comes to 'suggested interventions', they give you a bullet point list, as short as they can possibly make it, for each disorder. Literally, they might say 'Work on balance'. That's their suggested intervention, w/ no further explanation or break down.It is handy for precautions and general info on disorders.

Not Recommended for Today's Therapists
Only a quick reference with categorical interventions, for example "task accommodations; environmental accommodations", which is listed for most of the conditions. Vague and broad, not very helpful for specific intervention ideas for therapists of today's therapy world. Also, nearly a decade old text with minimal references per condition that may be research from 10+ years ago. Will need to search for other resources to actually learn from. Only would recommend to therapists that have less than minimal pediatric OT experience and knowledge.
