Product is good but not properly packed. When agent picks up the product they don't handle it with care. I received the product with watch being out of the box inside the carton. You should take care of the product and add more safety like bubble plastic etc. so that it doesn't get damaged by the time it reaches us.

Very disappointed with this purchase! I received a clearly used and extremely poor-quality product. The strap even has a tick mark made with a pen, which is completely unacceptable. I have no idea why a used and damaged-looking item was sent to me when I paid for a new product. This is not just about the quality—the product looks like it has already been handled/used by someone else. Customers pay for a new product, not someone else’s rejected or used item. Absolutely unacceptable service and quality. I would strongly recommend checking your products properly before dispatching them.
